Use this command to find the file inside of a package.
$ yum whatprovides "*executable"
Such as:
$ yum whatprovides "*uuencode"
sharutils-4.6.1-2.x86_64 : The GNU shar utilities for packaging and unpackaging shell archives.
Repo : base

Filename : /usr/bin/uuencode
